As an Account Manager (Media Sales) at OMM Media, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. You will be responsible for selling our suite of media solutions, including social media advertising, video production, and OOH (Out-of-Home) advertising. This role requires a results-driven individual with excellent negotiation and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Retention

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to grow media sales revenue.• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their advertising needs and goals.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.• Present and pitch customized media solutions to clients, including digital and OOH campaigns.• Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with client objectives and company goals.

Campaign Management

  • Work closely with internal teams (creative, production, and operations) to ensure campaign delivery meets client expectations.• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.

Market & Industry Analysis

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging media technologies.• Share actionable insights with the team to refine sales strategies.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in media sales, advertising, or digital marketing.
  • Able to speak in English and Mandarin

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong network in the advertising or media industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
