  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Daily Responsibilities

1. Supply Chain Support

  • Allocate 100% support to the supply chain team, focusing on stock confirmation (OHB - On Hand Balance).

2. RTV & RTW Monitoring

  • Monitor Return-to-Vendor (RTV) and Return-to-Warehouse (RTW) processes to ensure all transactions are completed accurately and on time.

3. Inventory & Operations Planning

  • Plan inventory tasks and operational schedules to ensure smooth workflow and resource allocation.

4. Machine Usage Monitoring

  • Track and address machine usage issues to maintain operational efficiency.

5. Task Assignment

  • Assign tasks to staff related to operations or specific projects, ensuring clarity and accountability.

6. Adjustment Monitoring

  • Monitor and review system adjustments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

7. Team Support

  • Provide daily support to the team to ensure all tasks are completed on time.

8. Inventory Improvement

  • Develop and implement improvement plans for inventory processes and management.

9. Ad-Hoc Tasks

  • Execute ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
