Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Application Lead to oversee the design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions, leveraging expertise in SAP ABAP and technical writing. As a leader in SAP application development, you will be responsible for guiding teams, ensuring technical excellence, and aligning solutions with organizational objectives. This role requires advanced technical knowledge, strong leadership skills, and the ability to create precise documentation for complex SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor a team of SAP developers and consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

  • Oversee project deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and technical specifications.

Solution Design and Development:

  • Provide expert-level guidance in SAP ABAP programming, ensuring the development of efficient, scalable, and robust solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and develop SAP solutions that meet business needs.

Technical Writing and Documentation:

  • Create comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, technical specifications, and user manuals.

  • Maintain documentation standards to support system maintenance and knowledge sharing.

System Architecture and Technical Design:

  • Design and implement SAP technical architecture to optimize system performance and reliability.

  • Develop tools and frameworks to enhance SAP system capabilities and streamline processes.

Project Oversight and Collaboration:

  • Act as the technical lead for SAP projects, coordinating with stakeholders to align solutions with organizational goals.

  • Provide regular updates on project progress, technical challenges, and resolutions to key stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation:

  • Stay updated on SAP advancements and industry best practices, incorporating them into development strategies.

Qualifications:


Mandatory Requirements:

  • Expert proficiency in SAP ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming).

  • Expert proficiency in technical writing for documenting SAP solutions and architectures.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP application development and related skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expert proficiency in SAP technical architecture design and implementation.

  • Expert proficiency in tools technical design and architecture.

Key Competencies:
