Your Role as a Live Moderator:

  • Pre-Live Preparation: Work with the Live Lead to ensure all materials, scripts, and technical setups are ready for flawless live sessions.
  • Live Room Activation: Activate and manage the live room during live sessions while monitoring audience engagement and providing real-time support to the Live Lead and host.
  • Audience Interaction: Engage with viewers through comments, shoutouts, and live responses to build an exciting and interactive atmosphere.
  • Data Compilation & Analysis: Collect and analyze live session data, including viewership, engagement rates, and sales performance, to provide actionable insights.
  • Live Host Development: Assist in training live hosts, enhancing their presentation skills, and implementing development plans to improve audience connection.
  • Content Production Assistance: Support the production of video content, ensuring alignment with live session goals and seamless execution.
  • Crisis Management: Quickly handle unexpected challenges, such as technical issues or audience feedback, to maintain a smooth live experience.
  • Community Building: Create a loyal audience base by fostering a sense of community during live sessions and through post-session engagement on social media.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A proactive and detail-oriented individual who excels in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a knack for engaging with audiences in real-time.
  • Previous experience in live streaming or content production is an advantage but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
  • A team player with problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Location:
Subang Jaya (must be able to commute or relocate before starting).
