Position Overview:
We are seeking a Data Functional Expert - Finance R3.5 to design and implement advanced data migration and modernization strategies for our financial systems. This role involves leveraging expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance and Generative AI (Gen AI) technologies to enhance the performance and quality of financial products, applications, and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data lifecycle management, AI-driven innovation, and system integration, contributing to the transformation of financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Migration and Modernization Architecture:

  • Define and develop data migration strategies, including designing and managing data product architectures.

  • Drive modernization efforts to enhance the performance and efficiency of financial data systems.


Data Lifecycle Management:

  • Implement strategies to manage the entire lifecycle of financial data, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance.

  • Establish best practices for data retention, archiving, and disposal to optimize data management processes.


Generative AI Integration:

  • Leverage, customize, and implement Gen AI models, algorithms, and methodologies to improve financial systems and processes.

  • Analyze and evaluate the performance of Gen AI systems and recommend design improvements to optimize outcomes.

  • Architect and design end-to-end Gen AI solutions tailored to specific financial business needs, providing implementation guidance during delivery.


Performance Monitoring and Analysis:

  • Analyze data systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and scalability.

  • Use advanced data analysis techniques to support strategic decision-making and enhance financial operations.


Collaboration and Training:

  • Work closely with finance, IT, and AI teams to integrate data migration and AI solutions seamlessly.

  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can utilize new systems and tools effectively.


Qualifications:


Mandatory Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Finance.

  • Intermediate proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in related skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expert-level proficiency in data migration and modernization strategies.

  • Master-level proficiency in Gen AI models and algorithms.

Key Competencies:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • In-depth knowledge of financial operations, SAP systems, and AI technologies.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
