To lead project team at site
To manage and monitor the execution of project works to be carried out correctly with quality
To ensure the project works is carried out in cost effective way in timely manner
Tasks include –
Attending meetings to liase with client and consultants
To lead/overseeing supervisor to manage the workers workers
Coordinating labour resources and procurement and delivery of materials, plant and equipment;
Operating and implementing coordinated work programmes for sites;

Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma.
Minimum 2 years site experience
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English,
Able to use Microsoft Office, AutoCAD
Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.
