Outbound Tour Operations Lead
- Partnership Management: Oversee relationships with DMCs, accommodation providers, and cruise lines.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train the team on booking systems (GDS, cruise engines) and tour operations.
- Tour Operations: Manage itinerary planning, costing, bookings, and ground arrangements.
- Sales Support: Guide the sales team in promoting tour packages and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Training & Education: Provide product and destination training to internal teams and partners.
- Field Work: Represent the company at events, travel fairs, and manage airport duties when needed.
- Reporting: Monitor tour operations performance and implement improvements for efficiency.
