Qualifications & experience :

  • SPM must be at least with credit & above in mathematics
  • A Diploma in Business Administration or relevant qualification is added advantage

Tasks & responsibilities:

  • Clerical Task : Routine daily clerical work, documentation filling, sales support and contacting customer for payment.
  • Administrative Oversight: Manage all administrative duties, ensuring smooth office operations, including tender submissions for dealer.
  • Financial Processing: Handle loan requests, cash advances, and petty cash after obtaining HR Manager approval.
  • HR Assistance: Provide valuable support on various tasks and projects.
  • Providing customer service support to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Supporting the wider administrative team with various projects and tasks as required.

*Must possess a D class driving license*

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
