Corporate Sales Account Manager at Puchong (Elearning Platform)
The primary purpose of the Corporate Account Manager role is to generate sales revenue by securing new business opportunities and fostering strong, lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business and client satisfaction. This includes understanding client needs to offer tailored solutions, skillfully presenting sales proposals, ensuring excellence in service delivery and ultimately driving sustained company growth through strategic sales initiatives

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to drive company growth.

Acquire a thorough understanding of client needs and tailor solutions accordingly to enhance the probability of winning sales deals.
3.
Foster and nurture relationships with existing customers by offering solutions aligned with their goals, resulting in continued business.
4.
Compose detailed sales proposals, initiate meetings with clients and deliver persuasive sales presentations to win sales deals.
5.
Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of solutions to maintain a high standard of client satisfaction and service excellence.
6.
Play an integral role in generating new sales with the potential to develop into long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships.
Requirements:
1.
Proven experience in identifying and securing new business opportunities, driving long-term growth through strategic sales initiatives and negotiations and excelling in high-volume phone outreach to close deals effectively.
2.
Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships, ensuring ongoing business and high satisfaction levels throughout the sales process.
3.
Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally ensuring effective interaction and understanding across diverse platforms.
4.
Capability to manage multiple sales tasks simultaneously ensuring timely and accurate solution delivery.
5.
Capacity to adapt strategies and approaches in a dynamic business environment to meet changing client needs and market conditions.
6.
Proactive in collaborating with other team members including the sales team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
