Job Description:
- Report to Manager for daily updates, accomplishments, and any issues requiring attention
- Manage daily administrative task, including answering phones, scheduling, and organizing documents.
- Assist in project management by tracking deadlines and facilitating communication.
- Handling expense reporting, invoicing and basic accounting task.
- Liaise with vendors and clients, providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so set by the BOD.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
