Furniture Sales Advisor (High Quality Office Furniture/ High Commission)
Benefits Summary:
- This is a full time permanent position
- Basic Salary RM2,000 - RM3,500 (Depending on experience)+ 3% Commission (From monthly sales) + Public Holiday Pay (Gross up to RM6,000)

- Working Hours: 6 day work week (one off-day on weekday), 11 am to 8 pm (1.5hr break)
- Work Location: Tropicana Aman (near to Bandar Rimbayu) or Bukit Raja, Klang or Bandar Tasik Puteri, Rawang (Can choose either one)

Our client, a reputable Workspace Designer & Office Furniture Manufacturer established in 1995 that has worked towards creating the most effective and functional workspaces for their clients. They have been growing rapidly over the years due to the high market demand and they are currently seeking more passionate Furniture Sales Advisors to join their big family. As part of the company, you will work with their sales and marketing team to station at the showroom and provide assistance directly to customers.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers with a pleasant manner
- Answer to any enquiry that the customers might have
- Promote and sell products or services to customers, and representing the brand
- Prepare and provide detailed quotations to customers based on their selected products
- Ensure quotations are accurate, clear, and provided in a timely manner
- Suggest membership point benefit to enhance the customer's purchase
- Identify opportunities to upsell higher-end items that meet customer needs
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction
- Notify customers of new arrivals, promotions and special offers
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions
- Send daily sales reports via WhatsApp group for Management review

Additional Information/ Requirement:
- No experience is required, as on-job training will be provided
- Candidate with prior furniture sales experience will be entitled for higher salary
- Skilled in building long-term trust with customers
- Effective in handling price negotiations and customer feedbacks
