Construction Site Supervisor

• Supervise daily construction operations and manage on-site staff.
• Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers.
• Maintain quality control and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
• Conduct site inspections and enforce safety procedures.
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure alignment with construction activities.
• Manage work schedules, materials, and equipment on-site.
• Train and mentor construction workers and other staff.
• Document site activities, including daily reports, logs, and records of incidents.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

• Fresh Graduate are encouraged.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in reading and interpreting AUTOCAD drawing
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
• Through knowledge of health and safety regulations in the construction industry
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of construction workers
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, (Optional : AutoCAD)

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
