Job Overview
The Marketing Manager will oversee and drive the marketing efforts of Todak Academy, ensuring alignment with the organization’s objectives.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social media algorithms, digital marketing trends, and creative strategies. The successful candidate will manage the creative team and collaborate closely with the Sales Department to achieve marketing goals and boost brand visibility.

Job Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Implementation
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Todak Academy’s programs and services.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to shape campaigns.
Social Media and Digital Marketing
- Leverage expertise in social media algorithms to optimize engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including paid ads, SEO, and email marketing.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Creative Team Management
- Lead and manage the creative team, including graphic designers, creative content creators, and digital marketers.
- Ensure the team delivers high-quality, innovative, and impactful marketing materials on time.
- Provide guidance, constructive feedback, and opportunities for professional growth.
Collaboration with Sales
- Work closely with the Sales Department to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives.
- Support sales efforts by creating targeted marketing collateral and lead-generation initiatives.
Brand Management
- Maintain and enhance the Todak Academy brand identity across all platforms.
- Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual elements in all marketing materials.
Event Coordination
- Plan and execute marketing events, workshops, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for successful event management.
Budgeting and Reporting
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, ROI, and recommendations for improvement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
