Client Service Executive (E-Order)

Job Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

• Acts as a project analyst in handling clients that are engaging the company for E-order implementation services
• Data mapping and maintain database for customer products when triggered for eorder integration.
• Project planning with clients to go-live and ensure smooth implementation.
• Customer pipeline tracking, follow up and execution (Oversee testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution with relevant stakeholders).
• Work with IT teams and vendors for system configuration, integration, and timely delivery of implementation.

Stakeholder Management:

• Communicate with customers to walk them through the activation/implementation of eorders (remotely).
• Act as the primary contact to address questions and resolve issues after go-live implementation.
• Gather feedback from clients to ensure improvement of the project.
• Understand and document client workflow, propose solution to ensure smooth implementation given client's unique operating model.
• Customer pipeline tracking, follow up and execution (Oversee testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution with relevant stakeholders).

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in a customer facing role
• 2-4 years of project management / analyst role would be ideal
• Strong interest in digital products, systems, applications
• Knowledge in E-order processing systems or finance systems would be highly advantageous
• Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Experienced with MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
