Job Description
- Handle customer complaint, provide appropriate solutions and alternative within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Manages large amount of incoming phone calls.
- Resolve customers issues with company products
- Answer other customer question and offer them access to helpful resources
- Direct question to the right department when needed.
- Ensure Customer satisfaction.
- Manage all desk administrative duties.
- Maintain accurate records of interaction with customer and recurring user problems
- Follow up with the customers as needed to ensure any problem are resolved,
- Updates and closed Help desk Ticketing Portal.
Job Requirement
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using computer.
- Experience working with customer support.
- Problem solving skill
- Persuasive Speaking Skills
