Job Description

We are looking for a driven and proactive Business Development Executive to join our loan consultancy team. This role requires individuals who can independently source and engage potential clients, handle outbound calls, and close sales deals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities through various channels (e.g., networking, cold calling, referrals).
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and explain our loan consultancy services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations or proposals to potential clients.
  • Manage client accounts and provide ongoing customer support.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong interest in financial and sales advisory are encouraged to apply. (Training will be provided)

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualification.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience in sales, business development, or related roles is a plus.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to succeed.

Salary Details:

Basic: RM 1,500 (for first 3 months) + Commission (Monthly Basis) + Quarterly Incentive + Annual Bonus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,500.00 per month
