Sales Support Executive

Mahnaz Food is a prominent player in the industry, known for our quality products and exceptional service. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated Sales Support Executive to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop strong relationships with business clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and prompt issue resolution.
• Process and key in orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up on returns.
• Assist with day-to-day operations, including managing data entry, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth internal communication.
• Assist with organizing and managing product displays and promotional materials at retail locations.
• Ensure proper matching of purchase orders (PO) with invoices and deliveries.
• Assist with organizing, setting up, and managing pop-up booths at trade shows and promotional events.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports and track order status for the sales team.
• Stay informed about Mahnaz Food's product offerings and market trends to assist the sales team and clients effectively.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in replenishing products as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.

Requirements:

• Experience in FMCG or a similar industry is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and order management systems.
• Willingness to travel for business needs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Experience:

• FMGC: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales/ Merchandising: 1 year (Preferred)
