CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • Greet and assist customers who come to the store.
  • Help customers find their desired products.
  • Explain information about prices, product descriptions, promotions held in the store, and recommend products to customers clearly.
  • Handle complaints/requests from customers regarding products they want to find or have already purchased.

STORE MAINTENANCE

  • Ensure the store branch is in a clean and orderly condition according to the company's set standards.
  • Arrange stocks on the shelves neatly and orderly.
  • Ensure price tags are correctly attached to products and that products with promotions are well-displayed.
  • Ensure that lights, fire extinguishers, printers, TVs, and other equipment are always functioning properly.
  • Ensure the supply of stationery and audit rolls is always sufficient.

DUTIES AS A CASHIER

  • Ensure the Point of Sales (POS) counter is always clean, neat, and functioning properly.
  • Perform opening and closing sessions for the Point of Sales (POS) counter.
  • Responsible for cashier duties and handling sales transactions in cash, credit cards, vouchers, available electronic devices, and others.
  • Scan products and ensure the correct prices.
  • Count cash in the POS machine and ensure that the cash amount matches daily sales.
  • Ensure the correct cash handling procedures are provided and adhered to at all times.
  • Report daily sales reports to management.

STORE STOCK

  • Ensure that the stock condition is clean, orderly, and neat.
  • Count incoming stock and report to the relevant person if there is excess/shortage of stock.
  • Conduct stock inventory and conduct related analysis to determine whether stock needs to be replenished.
  • Assist in stock counting during Stock Take based on requests and instructions from the manager from time to time.

STORE EMPLOYEES

  • Train new employees.
  • Monitor the behavior, attendance, and disciplinary issues of employees in the store.
  • Process paperwork for the Human Resources Department or superiors as required.
  • Prepare work schedules for employee shifts.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in F&B (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with leadership skills and a pleasant personality
  • Minimum SPM qualification
