Assistant Company Secretary
We are looking for a competent and dedicated Company Secretary Assistant to join our team. We are a growing organization that values its employees and provides a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare invoices and follow up payment from clients.
2. To filing all statutory documents.
3. Assist to prepare resolution, annual returns, statutory and related document.
4. Support other secretarial tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
Requirement:
1. Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Administration or Business Administration.
2. Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 2 years of experience.
3. Functional knowledge and skills in using Microsoft applications.
4. Positive attitude towards learning new skills.
5. Able to start immediately or within short notice will be added advantage.
