Responsibilities:
- Responsible for general warehouse office administration
- To ensure all document are accurately recorded and submit on time
- To handle all incoming mails/ faxes and redirect them to related parties
- To generate correspondence and be responsible for all administrative duties
- To perform submission of related documents to respective departments
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM & above with at least 1 - 2 years working experience in administrative.
- Computer literate - Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good working attitude.
- Proficient in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Remuneration & Benefits:
- EPF and SOCSO Contributions.
- Overtime claim entitlement.
Working Hours:-
- Monday – Saturday (9.00am - 5.30pm)
- Contract Duration: 20/1/2025 till 15/5/2025
