  • Support onboarding activities, including preparing documents, creating employee files, and coordinating orientation sessions.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
  • Support learning and development initiatives by coordinating training schedules, executing training session, creating training assessment form and maintaining training records.
  • Assist with maintaining compliance with employment regulations by organizing and filing necessary documentation.
  • Assist in crafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and policies.
  • Provide administrative support, including preparing correspondence, reports, minutes meeting and presentations.
  • Participate in projects related to corporate social responsibility (CSR) and ESG initiatives.
  • Help maintain office protocols and safety procedures.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
