  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Fund and SPV administration

· Subline and cash management

  • Coordination/review of funding/invoice approval/expense process with fund administrator
  • Coordination and opening of new facilities

· Fund/Deal Operations Support

  • Incorporation of new entities
  • Preparation and execution of deal/KYC documents (via Docusign)
  • Ongoing KYC of entities

· Financial Reporting

  • Review of quarter end management accounts, financial statements and capital account statements
  • Assist with year-end audit coordination

· Others

  • Incorporation of new entities
  • Handling of corporate secretarial matters

Valuation Reporting

  • Preparation of quarterly valuation models
  • Submission of quarterly valuation inputs
  • Preparation of investor reporting templates

What We Expect

  • High energy, high integrity enthusiastic self-starter
  • Bachelor’s degree with coursework emphasis on Accounting & Finance
  • 3-4 years working experience in Big 4 and fund management firms would be advantageous
  • Able to complete projects on time and accurately, and be able to multitask
  • Strong work ethics and professional demeanour
  • Effective communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Microsoft Excel)
  • An apt for tools and technologies in process efficiency is advantageous
  • Proficient in English (written, verbal)
