Job Responsibility
- Support the day-to-day business operations of the retail store 负责金氏零售店日常业务运营
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service 以卓越的销售服务确保高水平的客户满意度
- Develop and implement cross-selling strategies for appropriate products 根据客户要求并实施适当的产品销售策略
- Remain knowledgeable on products to enhance customer engagement and maximize sales 保持对产品的了解,以增强客户互动并最大化销售
- Handle all products efficiently and effectively - including processing shipments, setting up displays, stock accuracy and managing replenishment system and etc 高效处理所有产品,包括处理货运、产品展示、库存的准确性和管理补货系统等
- Perform cashiering function and counter closing 执行收银功能和柜台结账
Job Specification
- Must possess at least a SPM / STPM / Diploma in any field 必须至少拥有SPM / STPM / 任何领域的Diploma文凭;
- Minimum of 2 years’ working experience in retail industry or relevant field 至少有2年零售行业或相关领域的工作经验
- Preferable with working experience in wellness retail 有保健 产品零售相关工作经验者优先;
- Sales-oriented and able to work with retail hours such as weekends and public holidays 注重销售,并能够适应零售工作时间,如周末和公共假期;
- Good working attitude, responsibility and punctuality 良好的工作态度、责任感和守时
- Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage 能够沟通中文者优先
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
Expected hours: No more than 45 per week
