Primary Responsibilities:
Establish and execute sales strategies in line with the sales plan.
Discover and leverage new business opportunities to boost market share.
Foster and uphold strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Lead, guide, and mentor the sales team to meet and surpass targets.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and sales administration to ensure efficient resources use.
Keep abreast of market trends and adjust strategies to maintain competitive.
Report on staff performance, morale, market conditions, and operational issues to the Director of Commercial Sales.

Qualifications:
Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
At least 5 years of industry experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
Demonstrated success in sales leadership, preferably within the hospitality sector.
A genuine desire to meet the needs of others in a dynamic environment.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in leveraging systems and online sales platform.
Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
