Job description

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries or issues related to reservations.
  • Coordinate with front-office teams to ensure accurate booking details and a seamless guest experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OTA account managers to leverage partnership opportunities.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot any issues with listings, including errors, system outages, or discrepancies.

Requirements and skills

  • Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk (Mobile) , Receptionist, or similar role
  • Understanding of how travel planning websites operate, like Booking, Agoda and TripAdvisor
  • Customer service attitude
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Good in Data Entry
  • PREFERABLY MALAYSIAN
  • PREFERABLY 20-35 years old
  • Have OWN TRANSPORT & VALID DRIVING LICENSE

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

  • Monday - Friday : 8.30 - 5.30pm
  • Saturday : 8.30am - 1.00pm
