Job description
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries or issues related to reservations.
- Coordinate with front-office teams to ensure accurate booking details and a seamless guest experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OTA account managers to leverage partnership opportunities.
- Monitor and troubleshoot any issues with listings, including errors, system outages, or discrepancies.
Requirements and skills
- Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk (Mobile) , Receptionist, or similar role
- Understanding of how travel planning websites operate, like Booking, Agoda and TripAdvisor
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Good in Data Entry
- PREFERABLY MALAYSIAN
- PREFERABLY 20-35 years old
- Have OWN TRANSPORT & VALID DRIVING LICENSE
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

- Monday - Friday : 8.30 - 5.30pm
- Saturday : 8.30am - 1.00pm
