- To perform a proper filing system and data entry
- Carry out clerical duties including answering phones, correspondence and preparing documents
- Manage the intake of stock, including checking deliveries, verifying accuracy, and updating inventory records.
- Receive incoming delivery of goods, materials & supplies. Work closely with Purchasing Department
- Verify quantities and match received items with purchase orders or packing slips.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of received items to prevent damage or loss.
- To perform any ad-hoc duties from time to time
REQUIREMENTS
- Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Positive attitude, good personality and able to communicate well
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
- Applicant MUST be a Malaysian citizen
- Applicant MUST be willing to work at Puteri Harbour
- 10am - 6pm. Monday - Saturday
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
