Job Summary

The Tenant Management Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth and professional interactions between tenants and the management team, addressing tenant concerns, and supporting overall property management operations. The ideal candidate will be skilled in customer service, have a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a keen eye for detail. Experience in property or facilities management is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

Tenant Relationship Management :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, building strong and positive relationship.
  • Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and request promptly and professionally.

Lease Administration :

  • Assist in managing fitting in or out process by assisting and accommodating the tenant design submission and renovation process.

Complaint Resolution :

  • Proactively address tenant complaints and resolve issues, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure swift and effective resolution.

Tenant Retention :

  • Implement and support tenant retention initiatives, gathering feedback and working with management to address potential improvements.

Monthly Reporting :

  • Prepare regular reports on tenant feedback, issues, and occupancy status, providing insights and recommendation to improve tenant satisfaction.

Building Inspections and Maintenance Coordination:

  • Schedule and monitor property inspections, maintenance, and repair work as required. Liaise with maintenance teams and vendors to ensure timely service.

Events and Communication:

  • Organize tenant engagement events and distribute notices and communications related to property matters, such as upcoming renovations or policy changes.

Billing and Payments:

  • Assist with invoicing and follow up on rental payments, ensuring timely collection and providing clarification to tenants as necessary.
  • Perform any other duties may be assigned from time to time by the Management.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or related field proffered.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in tenant relations, property management, or a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with focus on customer service.
  • Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IFCA property management software is a plus.
  • Ability to work well both independently and in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
