Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Material/asset/consumable item purchase and reordering through ePR.
- Staff’s attendance update through i-Net & any related manual form updates to HR.
- Inbound process for any incoming.
- To assist Exec on preparing for stock count.
- Keep proper filing for all documents related to warehouse operation.
- Support operation whenever required.
- Any other tasks that may be assigned by superior.
DAILY TASKS:
- Issue ePR for consumable items which reached minimum stock. (WFG/WPM)
- Check and update staff’s attendance thru i-Net.
- Complete inbound & related documentation.
- Ensure 5S and HSE in order.
- Update on daily inventory status. (WFG)
- Check on daily spare parts ordering within Min Max. (SPS)
WEEKLY TASKS:
- Check and update consumable inventory stocks to Exec. (WFG/WPM)
- Monitor and update LPG stock. Reorder based on requirement. (WCH)
- Monitor and update Cylinder Gas/Diesel stock. Reorder based on requirement. (SPS)
- Monitor and update Ink/Solvent stock. Reorder based on requirement. (WPM)
- Check & replenish insufficient equipment/medicine in First Aid box.
- Liaise with HR on absenteeism/odd-pairing attendance.
MONTHLY TASKS:
- Prepare reports on monthly consumption for consumable items. (WFG/WPM)
- Join monthly stock count & assist Exec on the preparation.
- Compile staff’s claim & submit to Finance.
- Check & arrange for any staff’s Salary Complaints to HR.
- Prepare related monthly reports.
- Monitor and issue ePR for insufficient stationery items.
BIANNUAL TASKS:
- Compile staff’s attendance reports.
- Liaise with HR regarding preparation for foreign workers - back to country / medical check-up.
- Support on document preparation for internal audits.
ANNUAL TASKS:
- Responsible for filing annual documentation and liaise with QA for expired document to dispose.
- Support superior for worker’s annual appraisal. (e.g. attendance/disciplinary issue)
- Support superior for preparation on department annual reports (e.g. budget/expenses)
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Preferably with minimum of SPM
- Good in MS computer skills
Work Experience:
- Preferably with exposure in WMS, experience in handling inventories, computer literate.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain management / warehousing / manufacturing & clerical works.
Technical and Professional Knowledge:
- Good skills in documents filing.
- Computer literate especially in MS Office.
- Knowledgeable on preparing reports.
- Able to operate office machines, such as computer, & Photocopy machine.
- Keeps area safe, clean, and organized.
- Good communication skills.
- Well organise & detail-oriented person.
- Willing to learn & support operation whenever required.
