Job Scope:

  • Coordinate and manage training courses either Online or Face to Face in major Hotels in Kuala Lumpur.
  • Opportunity to represent the company to communicate & interact with corporate clients from all levels during the course.
  • Provide administrative and event support from planning stage right until the end of the course.
  • Will be dealing with the Hotels representative very closely for meeting rooms reservations & planning.
  • Communicating with Course Leaders/Trainers to make sure smooth arrangement during the course day.
  • Maintain registration records as well as administrative enquiries for the training courses.
  • Dealing, planning & negotiating with suppliers for course materials, office supplies and travel arrangements.

Requirement

  • Degree or Diploma in any field.
  • Preferably with 1-2-year experience in Administration / Hospitality industry is an added advantage.
  • Graduates are also encouraged to apply
  • Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Computer literate in all major softwares. (Incl. MS Office - Excel, Powerpoint, Words, ZOOM etc).
  • Ability to communicate with people of all levels of management comfortably and concisely
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask with tight deadlines
  • Possess Initiative and ability to work independently.
  • A strong team player with excellent communication and people skill.
  • Preferably possess own transport.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
