What You’ll Do

Oversee daily financial operations and handle full sets of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger activities.
To responsible in production / manufacturing costing.
Perform detailed analysis of production costs, including raw materials, labour, and overheads.
Prepare and present cost reports to management for insights into operational performance.
Collaborate with operations, procurement, and production teams to monitor cost trends and ensure accuracy.
To perform all banking related duties.
To Liaise with tax agent, auditors, bankers, company secretary and government.
To assist the Finance / Accounts Manager on accounting activities of the company.
Prepare reconciliation for all balance sheet items and control accounts.
Manage, monitor and control the finance status closing procedure, including preparation of statutory accounts and relevant disclosure and co-ordination of overall process.
Responsible to prepare payment voucher, debit note, credit note and journal for immediate superior/Manager to verify.
Ensure that all management and statutory reporting submission are done on a timely and accurate basis.
Check and verify the disposal of recycle / waste items report and the transactions occurs.
Review workflows, processes and identify areas needed for improvement / implement the enhancement to be more efficient with accuracy and effectiveness.
To undertake all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior and/or management.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications: Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certifications (ACCA, CMA, or CIMA) are a plus.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in full set accounting / cost accounting / or similar roles as accounting.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Autocount Accounting System and advanced Excel skills.
Attributes: Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills.
Communication: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
