Job Description
- To perform the safety testing to the components returned from the local & overseas customer and in process defect part.
- To perform the details analysis on the failure mode and drive for improvement.
- To strive for continuous improvement in reducing/minimizing the customer complaints.
- To follow-up with the vendors/internal personnel on corrective action plan.
- To inculcate quality awareness with all level of personnel.
- To assist in ensure & maintain safety, health and good environmental practices at work surrounding, apply suitable PPE where applicable.
- To assist engineers in units installation and issue troubleshooting.
- To ensure basic TPM on machine, equipment, test facilities for ‘up to mark’ operation (safety, quality and output).
- Ho-Ren-So for any key issue arises at work, especially for safety, environment, quality, product & process related.
- To ensure KYA is carried out as per planned schedule.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Electrical/Electronic, Air Conditioning, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with CGPA 3.0/2nd upper and above.
- Basic knowledge in air conditioning & refrigeration and electrical.
- Able to read engineering report and able to prepare the failure analysis report.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer proficiency: Microsoft Word and Excel.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
