Job Description

To perform the safety testing to the components returned from the local & overseas customer and in process defect part.
To perform the details analysis on the failure mode and drive for improvement.
To strive for continuous improvement in reducing/minimizing the customer complaints.
To follow-up with the vendors/internal personnel on corrective action plan.
To inculcate quality awareness with all level of personnel.
To assist in ensure & maintain safety, health and good environmental practices at work surrounding, apply suitable PPE where applicable.
To assist engineers in units installation and issue troubleshooting.
To ensure basic TPM on machine, equipment, test facilities for ‘up to mark’ operation (safety, quality and output).
Ho-Ren-So for any key issue arises at work, especially for safety, environment, quality, product & process related.
To ensure KYA is carried out as per planned schedule.

Job Requirement

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Electrical/Electronic, Air Conditioning, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with CGPA 3.0/2nd upper and above.
Basic knowledge in air conditioning & refrigeration and electrical.
Able to read engineering report and able to prepare the failure analysis report.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer proficiency: Microsoft Word and Excel.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
