Business Analyst
Mode: contract (12 months & extendable)
Experience: 5-6 years
Business Analyst Key Requirements:
· Requirements Gathering and Analysis
· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and challenges.
· Elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements using techniques such as interviews, workshops, and surveys.
· Translate business requirements into clear, concise, and actionable documentation (e.g., business requirement documents, user stories, process flows).
· Solution Development and Support
· Work closely with IT, developers, and project teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
· Evaluate existing systems and propose enhancements or alternatives to improve efficiency.
· Support solution testing by preparing test cases, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensuring alignment with business goals.
· Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration
· Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and external vendors.
· Facilitate meetings and presentations to share insights, project updates, and proposed solutions.
· Manage and prioritize requirements to align with project scope, timelines, and budget.
· Data Analysis and Reporting
· Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvements.
· Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making processes.
· Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they deliver the intended outcomes.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM11,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
