Accounts Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and meticulous Account Assistant to join our team within our well established growing F & B Group. You will play significant role in managing day-to-day financial transactions and supporting the overall financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Communications & Queries from Management Team, Vendors, etc.
• Financial Transactions: Perform day-to-day financial tasks: Sales Transactions.
• Merchant Gateway Payments: Ensure accuracy of payments from all merchant gateways
• Record Keeping: Consolidate spreadsheets, sales, purchase ledgers, and journals to ensure accurate financial records.
• Credit Sales Control: Oversee &manage credit sales processes to ensure timely customers payments & accurate reporting.
• Invoice Processing & Filing: Process &maintain Invoice filing system.
• Procedural Documentation: Update & maintain procedural documents for all financial processes.

Key Requirements

• Willingness to Learn: No prior experience required, but we are looking for someone eager to learn & grow in the role.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy of Reports.
• Communication Skills: Good communication skills to interact with the team
• Proficiency in Spreadsheets: Basic knowledge of spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel) will be added advantage.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with Team & Management.
