  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Bread Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in artisanal bread making, a creative flair for developing recipes, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation, mixing, shaping, and baking of various bread products, including sourdough, brioche, and specialty loaves.
  • Develop and test new bread recipes, ensuring alignment with customer preferences and trends.
  • Manage and mentor junior bakers, providing training on techniques, equipment use, and food safety.
  • Monitor the production process to ensure consistency in texture, taste, and presentation.
  • Maintain and improve efficiency in daily operations while minimizing waste.
  • Manage inventory of ingredients, ensuring proper stock levels and freshness.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a bread baker.
  • Expertise in traditional and modern bread-making techniques, including fermentation and proofing.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency.
