A. New Customer Acquisition
1. Market Research within assigned Sales Territories.
2. Identified The Right Person In Charged (PIC).
3. Call the right PIC To make Appointment.
4. Attend 1st Appointment to create awareness & needs, Submit Proposal & Quotation.
5. Follow Up submitted Quotation until Sales Closed.
6. Issue & Communicate Work Order With Operation to schedule the first service.
7. Attend The First Service with Operation to ensure Customers Receiving according what promised in the Work Order.
8. Follow Up Invoices & Collect Payment.
9. Schedule Regular Courtesy Visit & Call To Build Customers Relationships for Renewal, Price Increase, Up Sell or Cross Sell.
B. Existing Customer Management
1. After probation period, Company will assign a list of existing customers for Customer Management.
2. Schedule Regular Courtesy Visit & Call To Build Customers Relationships for Renewal, Price Increase, Up Sell or Cross Sell.
3. Follow Up Invoices & Collect Payment.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
