Primary Function:

Principal Responsibilities:

SALES/ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE

  • Ensure that all outgoing shipment were billed correctly and timely
  • · Prepare weekly sales summary, sales statement
  • · Follow-up with bank for all incoming remittance from customer
  • · Execute all accounting entries relating to AR and sales are properly taken up on timely manner
  • · Maintain master copy of DO, sales invoice and ensure proper filing of all related document and report

ACCOUNT PAYABLE

  • · Process invoices for payment
  • · Verify purchases against delivery order, GRN and Purchase order
  • · Prepare Payment voucher and cheque to creditors
  • · Prepare creditors reconciliation statement
  • · Maintain proper filing of all creditors or A/C Payable related documents and reports

FIXED ASSET

  • · Maintain Fixed Asset Register in SAP
  • · Handles fixed assets addition, depreciation calculation, disposal, adjustment of fixed assets
  • · Coordinate the fixed asset tagging
  • · Coordinate the quarterly physical count of fixed asset

BANKING

  • · Prepare bank in slip and arrange for bank in
  • · Prepare cheque to be paid to creditors
  • · Prepare bank reconciliation
  • DEBIT NOTE/CREDIT NOTE
  • · Prepare and process Debit Note and Credit Note
  • · Any others task assigned from day to day.

EXTERNAL AUDIT/TAX/E-INVOICE

  • · Prepare Tax Schedule requested by External Tax Consultant
  • · Coordinate the external audit
  • · Declare e-invoice after AP/AR entry

PETTY CASH

  • · Process petty cash claim

OTHERS

  • · Assist in compilation of BNM reporting requirement
  • · Maintain good filing system and proper documentation
  • · Perform data entry into financial system
  • · Assist in month-end closing
  • · Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses
  • · Ensure that company policy and procedures are adhered to.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
