JOB DESCRIPTION
- Liaise with the customer for operation side.
- Update working time in excel sheet for site worker.
- Liaise with all site worker.
- Oversees overall operation task including heavy machine and site worker.
- Monitor all working group for each site
- Key in record for machine maintenance
- Key in daily and monthly attendance report
- As a customer service-handling any issue reported by customer
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Minimum education: SPM and above Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Skills required: Communication Skills, Problem-Solving Skills, Attention to Detail, Time Management, Organizational Skills.
- Experience in admin coordinator work and customer service
- Can work in teamwork
- Language required: Mandarin speaker as most of our customer is from China
- Can speak and understand Bahasa Malaysia well to communicate with the site worker
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
