JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Liaise with the customer for operation side.
  • Update working time in excel sheet for site worker.
  • Liaise with all site worker.
  • Oversees overall operation task including heavy machine and site worker.
  • Monitor all working group for each site
  • Key in record for machine maintenance
  • Key in daily and monthly attendance report
  • As a customer service-handling any issue reported by customer

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Minimum education: SPM and above Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Skills required: Communication Skills, Problem-Solving Skills, Attention to Detail, Time Management, Organizational Skills.
  • Experience in admin coordinator work and customer service
  • Can work in teamwork
  • Language required: Mandarin speaker as most of our customer is from China
  • Can speak and understand Bahasa Malaysia well to communicate with the site worker

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
