- Willing to travel across states for business purposes
- Responsible for promoting and selling Door Ironmongery and Smart Digital Door Lock System solutions to customers
- Approach prospect and new customers for new sales opportunities while maintaining relationship with industry partners including but not limited to Developers, Main Contractors, Building Material Trading Houses, Doors Partners & System Integrators
- Maintaining relationships with key accounts by making regular visits, is following BCI leads, tracking market development, understanding market and and partner needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities to grow the company market share
- Communicate on market forecast and any relevant information related to customer satisfaction and competition activity. Negotiate and close sales deals effectively
- Multilingual abilities & knowledge of the Asian market are advantageous.
- Experience in the hardware or door lock industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates must have their own transport and be able to work at the Puchong, Selangor office.
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Malay (both written and spoken) is required Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
