Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies.
- Use job boards, social media, agencies, and referrals.
- Build a network of potential candidates.
Candidate Screening and Interviewing:
- Review resumes and applications.
- Conduct phone screens.
- Schedule and conduct interviews.
- Administer pre-employment tests.
Job Posting and Advertising:
- Create job descriptions and ads.
- Post jobs on job boards and career pages.
- Promote jobs on social media.
Candidate Experience Management:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Provide feedback to candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain recruitment records.
- Report on recruitment metrics.
- Analyze data for improvements.
Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian laws.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends.
- Participate in job fairs and events.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Study or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Having experience in HR recruitment will be added advantage.
- Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws.
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
