Job Description
- Maintain and update production records, schedules, and documentation.
- Prepare and process daily production reports and attendance sheets.
- Ensure accurate filing and organization of production documents
- Input and maintain accurate data in production systems and spreadsheets.
- Compile and analyze production metrics and provide regular updates to management.
- Assist in preparing reports for production efficiency and quality performance.
- Production records data entry into ERP system
- Records and documentations photocopying, keeping and filing
- To perform any other tasks that is required by superior.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of administrative experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with inventory management or ERP systems is a plus.
- Able to work in Sungai Buloh area, Selangor
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
