We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager who excels in client acquisition, relationship management, and has an in-depth understanding of recruitment services.
What Will You Do:
Client Acquisition & Management
Identify and engage new clients seeking recruitment and staffing solutions.
Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business objectives.
Develop and present tailored recruitment solutions to meet client requirements.
Business Development Strategy
Design and implement strategies to achieve business growth targets and expand market share.
Research market trends, industries, and competitors to uncover new business opportunities.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve consistent results.
Proposal Development & Negotiation
Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, agreements, and contracts to potential clients.
Negotiate terms and pricing to secure favorable and sustainable outcomes for both clients and the agency.
Industry Expertise
Leverage a deep understanding of recruitment and staffing services to position the agency as a trusted hiring partner.
Stay updated on industry trends, hiring practices, and new technologies within the recruitment landscape.
Collaboration
Partner with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Provide feedback from clients to improve service offerings and optimize recruitment strategies.
Who Are We Looking For:
Proven success in business development, sales, or account management within the recruitment or staffing industry (minimum 3 years).
Experience managing client relationships independently, from onboarding to ongoing support.
Strong understanding of recruitment and staffing processes, RPO models, and workforce planning.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in additional languages, such as Mandarin, is advantageous but not mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
Flexibility to work remotely or in-office, with the willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
