  • Prepare Service Order
  • To get Signature / Approval From Related Parties for Issuing Service Order to Forwarder / Transporter Company.
  • Follow up Invoice for Every Shipment.
  • Checking all Invoices once Received Original Copy.
  • To Key in Invoice Details and Amount into Auto Count System (Validated Service Order).
  • Submit all Invoices to Account Department once got Approval from Managing Director
  • To Update Date Invoice Received, Date Invoice Submit to Managing Director and Date Invoice Submit to Account Department into Monthly Logistic KPI Report.
  • Maintain Hard Copy and Electronic Filing System.
  • Assist the Logistic Executive in Logistics requirement or Any Task Related to Logistics.

Job Requirement

  • At least Degree in Logistic or experience in this field
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in Logisitic field
  • Good command in English, writing, reporting and speaking skills.
  • Good technical, interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • Able to oversee other related scope of work such as Documentation, Logistic & Co-ordination.
  • Possess good negotiation skills, analytical and commercial inclined.
  • Well-developed communication skills and ability to liaise with various levels of management, clients and employees.
  • High level of computer literacy and reporting capability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
