Job Descriptions:
- Handle the full process of payroll including checking attendance, ensuring accuracy, preparing payroll reports, and any related.
- Prepare HR-related letters, forms, memos, and documentation.
- Update and maintain employees’ records in master list and ensure the filing system is accurate and easy to refer.
- To prepare and compile documents for timely submission to the management and relevant government authorities.
- To assist in handling foreign workers issues including work permit application, renewal, termination.
- Arrange FOMEMA for foreign workers.
- Report any issue regarding foreign workers & related.
- Any ad hoc task as assigned for foreign worker.
Job Requirements:.
- 2 years’ and above experience will be an added value.
- Minimum education Diploma in Human Resources or related.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
