- To lead team in executing marketing programs, launches, activities (roadshow) & PR events.
- To control, monitor and ensure accuracy of marketing budget.
- To conduct market research and monitor competition activity.
- To evaluate marketing campaigns.
- Creating marketing strategies for new product launches and existing product enhancements.
- Contribute innovative ideas and insights to enhance product features and functionality.
- Manage promotional activities to endorse product.
- Manage social media to generate interest and monitor activity.
- Arranging the effective distribution of marketing material.
- Organising and attending events.
- Lead in the development of new products, working closely with the new product development team.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between teams involved in new product development and marketing.
- Any other duties as required by management.
- Bachelor's degree in food science/marketing/business administration/ communications or equivalent subject.
- Candidates should have at least 4-5 years of marketing experience.
- Prior experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.
- Understanding marketing principles and concepts.
- Avid social media geek: Facebook, Blog, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, WeChat, Line etc.
- Skills in Email Marketing/ Google Analytics/ SEO/ SEM/ Growth Hacking/ Mix panel/ Flurry/ Split testing etc. would be a bonus
- Fluent in English and Malay or Mandarin/ Cantonese
- Creative, can-do attitude & energetic
- Able to multi-task, proactive and meticulous
- Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office & Adobe Photoshop
- Demonstrates effective and clear communication skills.
- Ability to operate constructively in a team setting.
- Ability to lead the sales and marketing team effectively.
- Demonstrates a willingness to learn and contribute to team objectives.
- Use basic time management skills to prioritize activities and meet deadlines.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.
