Attending necessary site meetings/site inspections.
Supervise general workers and sub-contractor.
Monitor daily project progress based on project schedule.
Monitor completed projects defects and rectification works.
To be responsible for coordinating design issues for the projects with consultants, clients and external parties.
Coordination of sub-contractor’s works and their resource including workers and machinery at site.
To assist & undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by superior.
Monitoring delivery of construction materials and ensure that quality/types/dimension are as per the specified requirements.
Ensure discipline and good morale maintained at the construction site.

Preferably with Diploma / Degree in Building Construction, (Tiling Works), or experience in related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years in similar position
Familiar with building construction
Knowledge in construction specialist work.
Good command of verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Able to lead and supervise site workers.
Honest, strong coordination, punctual, disciplined, independent
Able to work under minimum supervision and under pressure
Possess own transport (motorcycle/car) and willing to travel
Knowledge of construction site practices.
Site Location: Mainly in Selayang, Kuala Lumpur Site
