- Handling all inbound calls, chat & email pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products
- Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM with 2 years' experience OR Diploma/Degree fresh graduates.
- Required language(s): Traditional Mandarin & English

- Able to work in Rotational Shift, 24/7 and during PH Local Malaysian
