- University degree or higher, preferably in biotechnology, business, law, or international trade.
- Fluent in Mandarin (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Excellent English skills, suitable for business communication.
- Knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
- Experience in cross-border business, regulatory applications, or international market expansion preferred.
- Familiarity with Taiwanese and Malaysian industry operations is advantageous.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
