REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fresh graduate in Food /Beverage are welcome
  • Teamwork, and Passionate about F&B career and keen to advance his/her managerial experience
  • Able to work independently or as a team in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
  • Ability to perform detailed work quickly, safely and able to comply with company SOP

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and serve menu items
  • Ensure day to day operation runs smoothly accordance to the SOP
  • Performing basic cleaning duties and ensuring that work stations and kitchen are properly sanitised.
  • Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality.
  • Taking inventory of restaurant supplies and notifying the supervisor of low or depleted supplies.
  • Discarding all expired and spoiled food items stored in the stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers.
  • Plating and presenting meal items
  • Carry out any other duties as required by management
