Key Responsibilities:
As a Learning & Development Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of employee development and organizational growth. Your key responsibilities include:
Training Coordination:
- Assist in planning and organizing training sessions, workshops, and other learning initiatives.
- Manage training schedules and ensure timely and effective communication with participants.
- Support logistics for both virtual and in-person training or coaching programs.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination tasks before and after training programs.
- Oversee logistical arrangements for the training hall (avidAcademy), ensuring it is ready and well-equipped for sessions.
Content Development:
- Collaborate with the L&D team to create and update training materials, such as presentations, handouts, and online modules.
- Conduct research to enhance the relevance and engagement of training content.
Evaluation & Reporting:
- Collect feedback from training participants and analyze the data to assess the effectiveness of programs.
- Prepare reports and presentations based on evaluation findings to provide actionable insights.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain and update training records within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Handle general administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the L&D department.
- Assist with office administrative duties as needed.
Engagement Initiatives:
- Support initiatives aimed at fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
- Contribute creative ideas to make learning programs more interactive and impactful.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: RM800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
