ARCHITECTURAL SITE SUPERVISOR
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIE
-Supervising of Construction Work, either architectural or structural
-To coordinate, monitor, and review subcontractor work progress at project site.
-Attend project meetings and liaise with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
-Prepare progress report for Architectural scope as required by superior for reporting.
-Oversee all architectural finishes works on site.
-Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings.
-Carry out architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
-Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
-Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
-To monitor all projects construction works to meet the schedule and procedures.
-To supervise and coordinate all works to ensure they are performed in accordance to the required standard and quality.
Requirements:
- Possess Diploma in Architecture or equivalent;
- 1 to 2 years of working experience in the construction field.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to carry out necessary site coordination works.
note : minimum 1year and above experience is must in construction,renovation or interior Fit Outs works.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
